Udders @ Goldhill Centre

It started off as a search for Mama's Bakery which proved fruitless and ended off with a visit to Udders despite the torrential rain. Not quite a wise choice but heck!




Three whole chillers worth of flavours...



I'm nodding vigorously in agreement.



With the option of dining in, the witty and humourous folks at Udders did up an album of Cows in various nations. I rolled off the couch laughing at that. Very colloquial...and I'm so loving it!

Rum Rum Raisin^TM

Before deciding on this I had a go at Lychee Martini and Baileys and Bourbon. The scooper warned, try all the flavours before testing Rum and Raisin else everything just pales in comparison. Indeed, that was the case. A bite into Rum Rum Raisin, I experienced a brainfreeze, the rush of alcohol was exhilerating. (Twice the alcohol content!) Oh boy, I'm making it sound like cocaine. It was close, however. Udders' rendition is one of the most potent (across all their flavours, much better than the other icecream parlours...though Daily Scoop's comes close!). The raisins were sliced rather than the usual plumped with liquer.

Vanilla with Snickers

Honestly, after the super high headed Rum and Raisin, this just tastes normal.

Their massive range of flavours leaves you spoilt for choice. Up to date flavours like Mao Shan Wang, Gila Melaka...Brandied Pear Sorbet already sound so enticing and their stable of flavours keep expanding! I hear Ribena and White Choco Macadamia Liquer are flavours underway....I can't wait!

Sounds similar to Ben and jerry's with the cow-notion going on? This is, but more daring.
