A Thought On Lawyers

After reading THIS I think I have an idea to stop a lot of 'legalese' from the criminal and tort lawyers. The way it is now those tort lawyers who win get to share the rewards of winning. Those who lose get paid but not as much as they would be paid if they win. Criminal lawyers get paid the same win or lose.

Now my idea is to make the rewards to the lawyers commensurate with the decision. If a tort lawyers loses he has to help pay the winner. If a criminal lawyer loses then he spends some time in the slam with the defendant..and if the prosecutor loses he goes to the slam for a while..after all he is guilty of trying to convict an innocent man. Hmmm, I wonder if there would be as many lawyers if this was put in to effect?
